Katy Lands Another Massive Showroom And Distribution Center

Houston-based Bel Furniture will open a 415K SF new showroom and distribution space at West Ten Distribution Center on Interstate 10 at Cane Island Parkway in Katy. The two-building speculative project includes a 74K SF showroom and an adjacent 340K SF distribution center. Bel Furniture will join other household names that have elected to operate distribution centers along I-10, including Rooms-To-Go, Igloo and Amazon.

Transwestern’s Brian Gammill represented the owner, a Transwestern Development Co. partnership, and Billy Gold of CBRE represented Bel Furniture.
