First NW Commerce Center Leases Nearly 300k SF

Two new leases at First Industrial's First Northwest Commerce Center have brought the development to 78% leased. Starting Sept. 1, the 352k SF building will house a global supplier to the energy industry (194k SF) and an international tech and manufacturing company (79k SF). First Northwest Commerce Center is in Northwest Houston and features 32-foot clear heights, 130-foot truck courts and excess trailer storage, and access to Beltway 8. First Industrial's Royal Pratt and Chad Parrish lead development and leasing efforts at the building.
