Clarion Partners Pre-Leases 52% Of Port 225 Phase 2

Plastic Express pre-leased 394k SF in Phase 2 at Port 225 in Pasadena near the Port of Houston from Clarion Partners.

Phase 2 consists of three buildings under construction with expected completion in Q2 2016. Totaling 753k SF, the project is now 65% pre-leased. The three buildings in Phase 1, completed in '08, total 697k SF and are 100% leased. At completion, Port 225 will be nearly 1.5M SF.

Transwestern’s Brian Gammill and Darryl Noon repped Clarion, and Lee & Associates' Jeff Huberman, Mike Spears and Robert McGee repped Plastic Express. Transwestern Development is providing development and construction management services.
