Carson Builds 613k Spec Industrial Park

Carson Cos recently completed Carson Bayport 2, a 365k SF Class-A warehouse near the Port of Houston at 4300 Malone Dr. The spec space is designed for both logistics and manufacturing. Amenities include a modern exterior, oversized secure truck courts, ESFR sprinklers and ample column spacing. The project was designed by Seeberger Architecture, and Slate Construction was the GC.

The project’s second phase will include three additional buildings totaling 613k SF with construction scheduled to start in Q1 2016.  In addition to the second phase, Carson has land inventory and intends to pursue build-to-suits. Carson Cos is handling development, leasing and management in-house.
