What will the industrial market look like in 2015? Arch-Con SVP Jason Cooper tells us that new industrial projects coming out of the ground will be driven more by build-to-suit requirements than spec requirements. For example, of the current industrial projects Arch-Con has under construction, four of them are build-to-suit developments.
