Carson Cos broke ground on four buildings in Bayport Industrial Park on Houston's southeast side. The structures will total just under 400k SF and are designed to accommodate a variety of distribution and manufacturing tenants. Easy access to Houston's Barbour's Cut and Bayport container terminals as well as the shipping channel and petrochemical complexes is a major draw.
The buildings range between 24k SF and 231k SF. Amenities include ESFR sprinklers, outside storage, trailer parking, 20-ton crane capacity and modern tilt wall design. Seeberger Architecture and Tomorrow Planning were the project architects, and E.E. Reed is the general contractor.
