Three Square Design

Three Square Design Group has expanded three times in the last three years, most recently eight months ago. (They know what the mother of a teenage boy feels like.) Its office features two balconies, where the firm often hosts Friday happy hours. It overlooks employees’ favorite part of the office—the Rice Village location. Principal Jake Donaldson (far left) tells us the team is often at Torchy’s Tacos or one of the bars on Morningside (we're fans of Brian O'Neill's ourselves).

13 employees work in the 1,800 SF office, which includes a coffee bar and funky design features. The open plan is a real benefit for the employees; most are young and love collaboration space.
