Piney Point's Great Financing

Marquette Cos purchased Piney Point, a 319-unit Class-A multifamily community in the Galleria. That’s thanks to a loan arranged by HFF managing directors Matthew Schoenfeldt and Matt Kafka. The duo placed a seven-year fixed-rate loan with Allianz Real Estate of America. The deal includes funds for a capital improvement program. Piney Point was delivered in 2004 and is 96% leased.
