Houston Nabs Two Prestigious Honors

Congrats to Three Square Design’s Jake Donaldson and Ward Getz’s Stephanie Anderson—the duo were named recipients of NAIOP’s developing leaders award. (Only 10 were given nationally, so it’s a pretty big deal for Houston to have two.) The award honors young professionals who have distinguished themselves. They will be honored at NAIOP’s national conference in Denver next month. Jake is working on the BBBS HQ and becoming known for designing Houston's craft breweries, and Stephanie is principal in charge of Noble Energy Center II, Trammell Crow's 20-story, 450k SF office building. That's slated to deliver in the middle of next year.
