Growing in Greenspoint

BEA Logistics Services leased 10k SF in Bridgewood II, a 142k SF office building at 652 N. Sam Houston Pkwy. PMRG VP Marci Phillips repped the landlord and tells us BEA recently acquired LT Energy Services, and is consolidating certain Houston sales offices and expanding in the Greenspoint area (including more than doubling in Bridgewood). CBRE's Jon Lee repped the tenant.

Here's Bridgewood II. It's part of a portfolio owned by YPI Northbelt Portfolio. That includes its next door neighbor, Greenbriar Place, where Marci has closed a handful of deals recently. (Those trees are also multifamily for birds and squirrels. Does that makes this mixed use?) RK Phillips & Associates is joining the complex, and Leggette, Brashears and Graham; Symphony Financial; and Jet Import Brokers all renewed.
