Partners Real Estate hired Bryan Dodge as president of its newly introduced occupier growth and development offering in a move that will expand the Houston-based firm's national reach.

Dodge joins Partners from Floor & Decor, where he was chief real estate and business development officer. He spearheaded the company's real estate and development program, driving its national expansion.
Partners' new offering plans to help high-growth occupiers scale deliberately, profitably and sustainably, according to a press release.
Dodge will be based in Raleigh, North Carolina, marking the firm's first expansion to the state, and will report to Partners CEO Jon Silberman. Silberman said last year that the Carolinas were a target for growth.
“We build our platform around where our clients are, and what they are telling us is that they would rather not hire four firms to cover one assignment and manage the handoffs in between,” Silberman said in a statement. “This focused occupier development practice lets us meet clients wherever they are in their new site development program and stay with them through the rest of it.”
Silberman said Dodge has experience on the client side of the equation and knows how to turn a growth strategy into results.
Overall, Dodge has spent 25 years in retail growth and development leadership. He also led the real estate strategy through the Office Depot-OfficeMax merger.
“Real estate should never be the thing that slows a company down,” Dodge said in a statement. “I have sat in the seat where a store has to open on a date that was committed to long before the site was ready, and whether it opens on time usually comes down to how many firms are involved and how well they talk to each other.”
Partners Real Estate is a full-service commercial real estate firm that has significantly expanded since severing ties with NAI Global in 2022. The company launched an Atlanta office and leased new office space in Houston in 2024, when it said it had nearly doubled in size over the previous five years.
