(We could only do that with our mom if she promised not to criticize our posture.) The duo has teamed up on the national disposition of 2,819 properties totaling $3.4B for firms like Shell, Walmart, and YUM! Brands. Donna dished out some motherly advice: Buy net-leased properties. Investor interest in that sector is growing steadily, thanks to high returns compared with stocks, bonds, and mortgage investments.
