Lake Highlands Town Center Finally Moves Ahead

Lake Highlands Town Center is finally moving ahead. The mixed-use project on the corner of Walnut Hill Lane and Skillman has been in the making for nearly a decade but only just now received the required permits and pulled together funding.

Cypress Real Estate plans to develop a 60k SF shopping center anchored by a Sprouts grocery store, according to the Dallas Morning News.
