Heady Investments Set To Break Ground On Stonebrook Park

Frisco is getting another whiz-bang development. Goveia and Heady Investments are developing Stonebrook Park, a 480k SF office and mixed-use development with two hotels, several unique retail concepts, sit-down restaurants, destination retail and water features.

The office portion of the project will consist of four phases, Heady Investments’ Sayres Heady tells us, and the first phase—a 90k SF office tower—breaks ground next week.

As the person responsible for leasing up the site, Sayres says they're targeting local and corporate users who want a boutique Class-A experience with walkable amenities, plenty of parking, a great gym, and other components Sayres is keeping mum on for now.

Sayres tells us they expect to deliver in Q3 2017.
