Craig Hall Unveils Model Home For Hall Arts Residences

The second phase of Hall Arts ceremonially broke ground on Friday. The 25-story condo tower and 183-room hotel development will deliver in Fall 2019.

Hall Arts Residences And Hotel In The Dallas Arts District

Craig Hall’s 44-unit Hall Arts Residences is still under construction, but Hall and his team showed off a model home in the KPMG Plaza to potential buyers in the last week of August.

Hall & Co. are marketing the $250M building as the pinnacle of luxury living in Dallas, wired directly into the Arts District, according to the Dallas Business Journal.

To draw a luxury clientele, Hall brought in Emily Summers to design the model home’s interior, such as features like two-foot raised floors for privacy and ease of remodeling.

Hall and his wife will be residents of the property.

The project also includes a 133-room hotel adjacent to the condo tower.
