Solo Cup Company Buys Giant Industrial Building In Texas

Solo Cup/Dart Container, the company behind beloved red Solo cups, just bought the former Home Depot distribution center in Corsicana, a 1.5M SF industrial property, from Eliken Property Management.

Eliken manages an industrial portfolio of over 3.5M SF across the Midwest and Southeast. Binswanger Senior Vice President Holmes Davis represented the landlord.

“Our firm’s goal is to create real value in property and places. Eliken is a growing company, laser-focused on buying value and creating value for its investors. We see beyond the sale,” Eliken Director of Acquisitions Eli Zami said.

The building has 13K SF of office space, parking for 560 cars and 1,130 trailers as well as rail via the Union Pacific on the northwest boundary of the 139-acre property.
