Huntington & Artemis JV on Spec Industrial Near DFW Airport

Construction started on the new 24-acre DFW Airport North Distribution Center II on Lakeside Parkway in Flower Mound. Denver-based Huntington Industrial Partners JVed with Washington, DC-based Artemis Real Estate Partners on the project. Transwestern principals John Fulton and Brett Owens will lease the 350k SF two-building project, which is slated for completion in August. John tells us they expect continued demand for high-quality industrial space across the Metroplex, especially as e-commerce and consumer spending continue to thrive.
