Hines, AEW Start 191k SF Second Phase at Parc 114

Houston-based Hines partnered with AEW Capital Management to start construction on Phase 2 of Parc 114 Business Park at 6501 N Beltline Rd in Irving. Phase 2 will include two new buildings totaling 191k SF with a projected 2016 completion. Stream Realty Partners SVP Bob Hagewood and senior associate Jeremy Kelly will lease and market Parc 114. Stream senior property manager Priscilla McKinney will oversee the property management. Parc 114 is a 52-acre master planned business park. Phase 1 includes six fully leased industrial buildings totaling 405k SF. Bob says Parc 114’s location adjacent to the DFW International Airport to just south of State Highway 114 with prominent frontage on Beltline Road offers advantages to tenants transporting goods via the airport, as well as a central location to service customers in Dallas, Fort Worth and the surrounding areas.
