EastGroup Properties To Build Industrial In Lewisville

Jordan Foster Construction is building a two-building industrial complex for EastGroup Properties, a Jackson, MS-based REIT.

CreekView 1 & 2 is in Lewisville. Phase 1 of the project is (no surprise) Building 1, a 121k SF structure with a 28-foot clearance. Building 2 is a 73k SF structure with 24-foot clearance. The complex also has the capability to expand with buildings 3 and 4.
