Another New Hotel Is Under Development In Frisco

A new Drury Inn & Suites is being built at the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Gaylord Parkway in Frisco. The hotel is near Hall Office Park, Dr. Pepper Arena, Dr. Pepper Ballpark and the Centre at Preston Ridge.

The new Drury Inn & Suites will have 184 guest rooms and suites, a rooftop pool, fitness center, meeting spaces, and an outdoor observation deck. It'll open for guests in 2017, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Frisco is experiencing a mini-boom in hotels right now. The 300-room Omni is opening in summer 2017 and the 35-floor Langham Hotel will open its doors in 2018 next to the Wade Park development, a $1.6B upscale mixed-use project. [DMN]
