LEASES

Revenue Cycle Solutions signed a lease for 22k SF within Lake Highlands Tower (pictured). CBRE’s Mike Cleary repped the tenant. JLL’s Jay Bailey, Blake Shipley and Lauren Halstedt repped the landlord, Malouf Interests.

Jordan & Scala Engineers renewed and expanded its lease to over 16k SF in Briargrove Place at 17855 N Dallas Pkwy. Cushman & Wakefield’s Emily Hoffman repped Jordan & Scala.

Children’s Health leased nearly 136k SF at 6711 N Belt Line Rd in Irving. Mercer Co’s Jeremy Mercer repped the tenant. Stream Realty’s Jeremy Kelly and Bob Hagewood repped the landlord, PARC 114 Owner.

Performance Awards Center leased 52k SF at 1701 Vantage Dr (pictured) in Carrollton. CBRE’s Kacy Jones and JLL’s Forshey Hoobler repped the tenant. Lee & Associates’ Ken Wesson repped the landlord, Colfin Cobalt I-Ii.

Spec’s Wines, Spirits & Finer Foods leased 25k SF in Lakepointe Crossing, a power retail center at 2416 S Stemmons Fwy at its intersection with Hebron Parkway (FM 3040). The Weitzman Group’s Blake Shipp handled negotiations for Lakepointe Crossing. SFP Brokerage’s Jody Detmore repped Spec’s.

Pharmacy Corporation of America renewed nearly 20k SF at 2214 Paddock Way in Grand Prairie. CBRE’s Brian Gilchrist repped the tenant while Bradford Commercial’s Michael Spain repped the landlord, Paddock Partnership.

SALES

Uplift Education purchased a seven-acre tract at the northwest corner of I-30 and Ferguson Road, where a new elementary school will be constructed. The Weitzman Group’s Eddie Liebman repped the seller, Horizons Hospitality. JLL’s Craig Phelps repped Uplift Education.

Cross Cos bought a 17k SF retail investment property at 3900 Hemphill in Fort Worth, with regional and national tenants in place. Worldwide Commercial’s Jerad Rector and John McGregor brokered for the buyer.

Abdul Khan purchased a 26k SF industrial building at 11281 Indian Trail in Dallas. He was repped by NAI Robert Lynn’s Jim Svidron. The seller, EastGroup Properties, was repped by Lee & Associates’ Adam Graham and Ken Wesson.

Carol Irrevocable Trust sold 1.36 acres at 2715 Matlock Rd in Arlington to Tennbay Real Estate Investments for an office development. CBRE’s Marty Neilon repped the seller. The buyer was repped by Holt Lunsford’s Geoff Shelton.

A private real estate company bought The Woodlands of Arlington, a 30-building, 264-unit apartment community in Arlington. Marcus & Millichap’s Al Silva and Ford Braly repped the seller, a Dallas-based partnership that had owned the property for over 25 years.

Lakewood on Henderson LLC purchased Lakewood Club at 100 & 200 N Henderson Ave in Dallas for $2.8M. Harvard Cos’ Ike Bams handled the sale.
