NTT Data leased 233K SF at 6501 Legacy Drive in Plano. It is the first lease signed at The Campus since Silos Harvesting Partners purchased the property in 2016, and whittles down one of the largest blocks of availability in Plano.

The Campus still has 550K SF available, and according to Colliers’ Executive Vice President of Leasing John Conger, it is the only office in the area with 200K SF of contiguous space available. Conger represented landlord Silos Harvesting Partners with Colliers' David Quisenberry.

Marcus & Millichap closed the following sales:

  • A 13K SF property at 1201 North Beach St. in Fort Worth was sold to a private investor, who was procured by Marcus & Millichap Senior Vice President of Investments Vincent Knipp.

  • Marcus & Millichap sold Las Brisas, a 33-unit apartment building at 6414 Brentwood Stair Road in Fort Worth. Marcus & Millichap’s Stephen Crittenden and Ron Hebert represented the seller. Crittenden also represented the buyer.

DFW Lee & Associates signed the following leases:

  • Store Display Fixtures leased a 19K SF industrial building at 444 West Mockingbird Lane in Dallas. Lee & Associates’ Corbin Blount represented the tenant. Bradford Cos.’ Brock Wilson and Joe Santaularia represented the landlord.

  • Southwest Medical & Dental leased an 11K SF industrial building at 406 West Mockingbird Lane in Dallas. Lee & Associates’ Corbin Blount and Ken Wesson represented the tenant. Bradford Cos.’ Brock Wilson and Joe Santaularia represented the landlord.

WNC Insurance Services renewed and expanded its lease to 16K SF at 14110 North Dallas Parkway in Dallas. Brooke Benedict represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

Sabre Corp. signed a co-location agreement with Aligned Energy and will set up shop in Aligned’s Uptime Institute Tier III certified adaptive data center in Plano.

DEVELOPMENT

Amtex Development will break ground on a 224-unit apartment community in Fort Worth.

High Street Residential and Olympus Property broke ground on the third phase of Union at Carrollton Square, a 352-unit apartment community. The property includes 4K SF of retail space on the ground floor. The new units are expected for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2018.

Prestonwood pad site development

Hartman Income REIT delivered a pad site in Prestonwood Park Shopping Center at 6505 West Park Blvd in Plano. With a total of 4K SF of rental space, the pad site brings the center up to 106K SF.

Adolfson & Peterson Construction completed construction of a 225K SF office building at 9111 Cypress Waters Blvd. in Irving.

25N Coworking is opening a third location in Frisco in spring 2018. The new space is on the ground floor of Waterford Market, a multifamily development at 9355 John West Elliot Drive in Frisco.
