A 13K SF property at 1201 North Beach St. in Fort Worth was sold to a private investor, who was procured by Marcus & Millichap Senior Vice President of Investments Vincent Knipp.
Marcus & Millichap sold Las Brisas, a 33-unit apartment building at 6414 Brentwood Stair Road in Fort Worth. Marcus & Millichap’s Stephen Crittenden and Ron Hebert represented the seller. Crittenden also represented the buyer.
