Third Avenue hit it big this week—Cerberus Capital Management inked a 10-year, 110k SF lease at 875 Third (relocating from 299 Park), while just down the street, Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Co signed a 15-year, 45k SF renewal at 757 Third. JLL’s Paul Glickman and Diana Biasotti repped owner Eastgate Realty at 875, while the firm also repped owner RFR Realty at 757. CBRE’s Steve Siegel and Amanda Bokman repped Cerberus.
