Newmark Knight's Gong Show

In the last four years, Seth Weinstein, managing principal for the DFW Newmark Knight Frank office, had a hand in 263 transactions involving 5.1M SF, worth $1.3B. What’s his motivation? Money? Glory? Or something more . . . auditory?
 

Drumming up new business means the whole office hears the gong. NKF acquired Seth (and he firm he co-founded, Predium) in 2008 along with Overseeing the firm's global corporate services for the US, Seth specializes in what he calls high-level strategy and tactical brokering. The client taking most of his time these days: McAfee(antivirus software) and its 2.1M SF. With the word global in his job description, he travels the world, but mostly sees hotel and board rooms. When he does get to come home, he’s wooing his lovely wife and spending lots of time with his three boys.
