JLL hosted about 60 tenant reps last weekto showcase the available space atPark Place on Turtle Creek, treating them to aluncheon in a white-boxed vacancy on the ninth floor. (We delayed running this story to make sure everyone had told their spouses why they weren't with them on Valentine's Day.) Here are JLL managing director Jeff Eckert, Transwestern principal Howard Watkins, and Lincoln Property Co SVP Peery Wood. These guys scored a dozen red roses to take home for their sweeties. (The female brokers were surprised with a heart necklace from Tiffanys. We are totally in the wrong business.)
