Leasing increased at Hall Financial Group's Hall Office Park, with 53 transactions (of all sizes) this year within the 162-acre Frisco development. The latest: Integrated Health and Wellness and Advanced Allergy Relief Center of Texas, which inked a new 1,710 SF lease at 2401 Internet Blvd. Hall director of leasing Jean Farris handled negotiations for the owner and landlord, and Sonny Moyers of O’Dea Moyers Group/Ebby Halliday backed the tenant. Jean says summer was slow for leases, but picked up this fall with 23 new tenants signing on and prospects touring the office park almost daily. |
