Waterton's Pete Vilim Named President of All Chicago, Making Homelessness History

Waterton co-founder/co-chairman Pete Vilim (pictured with wife Joan and Elmhurst College's Ann Palumbo) is giving back this holiday season. Pete was named president of the board of directors of All Chicago, Making Homeless History, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Chicago.

All Chicago was founded three years ago and Pete became acquainted with the organization through his and Waterton's involvement with The Cara Program, an employment development organization founded by philanthropist Tom Owens. Pete joined All Chicago's board in 2013 while simultaneously serving on the board of of the Chicago Continuum of Care, a local planning body that coordinates housing and services for homeless families and individuals.

Pete says All Chicago's services are a lifeline for the over 6,800 people that are homeless in Chicago every day. In addition to his expanded role with All Chicago, Pete was named to the board of directors at the Housing Partnership Equity Trust (HPET), a national affordable housing REIT.
