Meet Parti, a smart and fluffy Toy Parti Poodle who belongs to Colliers SVP Charles Canale. Parti is a big fan of chasing tennis balls, playing catch, and endlessly squeaking his toys. Most people don’t know that Parti is a cross-country traveler, as Charles spotted him on the Internet and had him flown in from California as a puppy. (Parti recently celebrated his 11th birthday, pictured.) Charles likes to take Parti with him on adventures but still hasn’t gotten a "poodle papoose" so that Parti can ride on his motorcycle. The Canale/canine team’s deal highlight this year: the sale of a 400k SF building to Exeter Property Group at 1350 Munger Rd in Bartlett, which they're now marketing for lease.
