Here’s MACK Cos’ John Gutman skiing the silky seas (or more specifically, the chilly Midwestern water—same thing) while taking some well-deserved time off in Wisconsin. John serves as VP of sales and acquisitions at MACK Cos, and he and the team spent a good portion of the summer moving into a new 10k SF HQ in Tinley Park that the firm purchased last year. They’re moving just two blocks north of MACK’s old HQ, the historic Fulton House, into 6820 S Centennial Dr, a facility MACK built-out and will manage.

Here are Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Henrick, Venture One Real Estate’s Roy Splansky, SIOR Chicago Chapter VP Jason West (C&W), and Venture One’s Matt Goode at SIOR’s annual golf outing at Cantigny Golf Club in Wheaton. The 120-plus golfers in attendance lucked out with perfect weather for a day on the links. Roy just hit his first hole-in-one (at a different golf outing). It was with an MB golf ball, which they're taking as a sign that lenders are back.
