Ellas Commercial Real Estate president Georgia Kokkinias recently took an unforgettable family vacation. First she and her daughter Katherine, a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin Madison, went to Paris for a week (and OD'd on baguettes, we imagine), then they met her husband and son in Greece for three weeks (above). Georgia and her husband are both Greek and have a home on the Mediterranean along the southwest corner of the country. They also visited Zakynthos and Cephalonia, which are Ionian islands. Georgia's client, Vertical Endeavors, just opened the largest climbing gym in the country in Glendale Heights (and they're on the hunt for up to eight more sites in Illinois); she's repping a national seniors housing developer looking to build in the state; and she just repped BonaFide in the acquisition of a 28k SF industrial building in Wheeling.
