On the Scene: Annual Eisenberg Dinner

Here’s the Jameson Commercial contingent dining for a good cause at Monday’s sold-out 16th Annual Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation Dinner at the Standard Club. CEO Chris Feurer is pictured standing on the left, with brokers including Mark Jones, Mark Kishtow, Deena Zimmerman, and Chris Irwin. Proceeds from the evening will benefit the foundation’s real estate education programs and gastrointestinal cancer research funding. Mark K. and Mark J. recently closed on a Bank of America at 3260 W Belmont for $7.2M and have a few more deals together in the works, they say. Chris just completed a lease at 1348 N Milwaukee with Katie Whelan. The 27k SF space will open in late 2015 as Punch Bowl Social, a grown-up playground concept that will bring a 24-hour "gastrodiner," two cocktail bars, a bowling alley, ping pong, private karaoke rooms, and more.
