Praedium Group's Mason Sleeper, who's also speaking at our event on Friday, tells us mid-size assets (its sweet spot) offer more off-market opportunities. Praedium is looking for multifamily deals between $10M and $75M—those selling at siginificant discount to collateral value, distressed assets, and properties where it can increase cash flow. Mason also says more distressed deals will surface this year, especially considering the five-year loans originated—well—five years ago, at the market's peak.
