Frank Lloyd Wright House Back with $2.1M Ask

Frank Lloyd Wright's historic Avery Coonley House in Riverside, IL, has been listed for $2.1M. The house, built in 1910, was last on the market three years ago. It's known for being among the largest homes designed by the famed architect. The home itself is 6k SF, and the property includes 10 acres and Jens Jensen-designed gardens. The home previously spent two years on the market with a $2.8M asking price, Curbed reports, but was delisted in October 2012.
