The Glencoe mansion known locally as the "Pabst Mansion" is back on the market. Built in 1936 by architect William Pereira for former Pabst Brewing chairman Harris Perlstein, the 14k SF, 26-room mansion at 443 Sheridan Rd includes eight bedrooms, 10 baths and a walnut-paneled library, and sits on two acres that have been compared to an island retreat. The mansion listed two years ago for $6.9M, Curbed reports. Current owner Jeffrey Lange bought it last year for $4.8M and is looking for a quick return on the investment. [Curbed]
