Facebook signed a lease for 15k SF at 191 N Wacker. It's another sign of the strength of the downtown office market, where vacancy rates are steady. Savills Studley Chicago head Robert Sevim told Crain's 191 N Wacker's location may have been a determining factor in the lease.
