Wirtz residential has started leasing 2950 North Sheridan Road, the firm's first ground-up residential development. The 20-story, 82-unit luxury apartment building in Lakeview is expected to deliver in spring, according to the Chicago Tribune.

The building features a 24-hour concierge, a resident lounge and rooftop terrace on the top floor, a private, temperature-controlled parking structure and pet grooming stations. Wirtz added landscaping elements that are above and beyond local ordinance requirements to complement the surrounding neighborhood.
