Bisnow's BMAC Midwest multifamily conference is well underway today after kicking off last night with a cocktail reception for sponsors and speakers at Fifield Cos' NEXT apartments (347 West Chestnut), presented by Xfinity Communities & First Service Residential and hosted by Fifield Cos.

Belgravia Group CEO Alan Lev (left with Marquette Cos president Darren Sloniger and Marquette Cos EVP Trevor Ryan) smiled extra wide for the camera. Alan told Bisnow that Belgravia just sold out its latest condo project in River North before he arrived at the party.
