Parkside at Old Town, the Peter Holsten mixed-income multifamily development built on the former Cabrini-Green public housing site, is entering its final stages. Holsten has plans to add 200 homes near Oak and Larrabee streets and is considering a mix of townhomes and condominiums, but could build apartments depending on cost. Holsten has already built 600 units at Parkside over the past decade and the Cabrini-Green site is one of the most attractive areas for developers, reports Crain's.
