A modernized version of Ogden Plaza Park is part of the plans for a 45-story Streeterville apartment tower. Jupiter Realty unveiled the plans for the 444-unit development at 465 N Park Dr at a public meeting last night. Upgrading Ogden Plaza Park, named after Chicago’s first mayor, would cost $3.5M and would fulfill a request from Ald. Brendan Reilly (42nd) seeking a “public benefit” to the area as he considers the proposal, reports DNAInfo.
