Addison & Clark, the mixed-use redevelopment from M&R Development and Bucksbaum Retail Properties across from Wrigley Field, is months from completion but M&R delivered its opening pitch for the project's multifamily component Thursday. M&R released renderings of the interiors and amenities for The Residences at Addison & Clark.

The foundation of the project's amenities package is the 150K SF of retail being developed by Bucksbaum. Addison & Clark's retail component will include a 10-screen CMX Cinemas multiplex, a 30K SF Lucky Strike Lanes, a Shake Shack and a 10K SF Harley-Davidson showroom. Residential amenities include a fifth-floor rooftop deck with a pool, a hot tub, a dog run, a fire pit and grilling stations along the Clark Street side of the development.

Other amenities include a business/conference center with a private conference room; high-speed WiFi throughout the building; and a 24/7 mail/package system provided by Luxer One, which will be used by delivery services to send text or email notifications of package deliveries.
