  • Social media: Speak in a specific voice, encourage conversation, and keep your posts topical, engaging, and full of content you can’t find anywhere else.

  • Website: Set the tone with large professional photos, update your blog several times a week, and offer a seamless, transparent user experience.

  • Lease-up: Embrace the cloud (Luxury Living does online scheduling, applications, and leasing) and invest your resources in pre-leasing, since that means income generation for the developer from the moment a building delivers.
