Construction to Start on 31-Story Gold Coast Apartment Tower

Construction will begin at the end of the month on a 31-story, 373-unit luxury apartment tower at 833 N Clark in the Gold Coast. The JV between Ryan Cos and Lincoln Property is financed by a $40M investment from Daiwa House Group and an $88M construction loan. Lincoln EVP Brian Walsh believes the tower will do well once it's delivered in March 2017 despite fears of oversupply because the Gold Coast is an attractive submarket, according to Crain's.
