We reported last month that CMK, led by residential developer Colin Kihnke, is making a big bet on the South Loop and its growing momentum thanks to projects from the likes of AMLI, JDL and McCaffery Interests (The Roosevelt Collection, pictured). The projects give new life to a site formerly home to the failed Glashaus condo development.
