John Buck Landing Retail Tenants For Mila

The John Buck Co has almost fully leased the retail component for Mila, one of our eight hotly anticipated building deliveries of 2016.

The Flight Centre Travel Group's US division signed a long-term lease for 12k SF in the 41-story tower at 200 N Michigan. Flight Centre Travel Group will operate six travel agencies out of the building, on the first and second floors, Crain's reports.

The lease accounts for more than half of Mila's 22k SF of retail space. It's also a savvy move, given the building's location in the heart of a bustling downtown hotel market. With the lease signing, only 3,500 SF of available retail space remains at Mila, which is expected to open this summer. [Crain's]
