Hines Releases New Wolf Point Renderings

Hines has released new renderings for the $1B Wolf Point project at 350 W Mart Dr. The new image shows the 950-foot tower at the site's southern end now has a spire, which Wolf Point owners say is a sign of a "more refined" development. The first building in the project, a 500-unit apartment tower, is still set to be delivered next year. When Wolf Point is complete it will include 450 hotel rooms, 1,400 residential units, 100k SF of parkland and it'll also connect to the city's riverwalk.
