Take a look at the newest rendering for the mixed-use development that's replacing The Alley, the iconic Lakeview store that helped shape Lakeview retail for four decades until it closed in December.
The design from Jonathan Splitt Architects calls for a seven-story residential structure containing 23 apartments and 2,500 SF of retail, while preserving the Alley's historic Clark Street façade.
The site's proximity to the Belmont Red/Purple/Brown Line "L" station qualifies it for TOD status.
