HSA Commercial Real Estate will break ground this month on a 152k SF spec industrial development at 2141 Internationale Pkwy in Woodridge. It's the final phase in HSA's long-running Park 355 industrial development. When the building is delivered in March 2017, Park 355 will be home to over 500k SF of industrial product.

The new building will include 30-foot clear heights, three drive-in doors and 15 truck docks, with the ability to construct an additional 15 docks based on tenant requirements. It will be able to accommodate users requiring as little as 36k SF, making it one of the only newly constructed Class-A options available for smaller tenants in the I-55 corridor.

HSA spent the past decade developing Park 355. Phase 1 was a 254k SF distribution center leased to national logistics and manufacturing tenants including Ace Hardware and Tricor Braun. The project’s second phase, a 180k SF spec industrial facility, was completed in 2014 and is nearly fully leased.
