CenterPoint Properties has sold a 263k SF industrial building near O’Hare International Airport. The building is at 2425-2533 Edington St in suburban Franklin Park on 13 acres. Edsal Manufacturing purchased the property for a little more than $5.8M, according to Cook County records. Darwin Realty & Development recently arranged a 52k SF lease on-site for Sutton Transport, bringing its total occupancy rate to 75%. Edsal may occupy the vacant space.
