Developers are getting creative in attracting brokers to their properties. Example: Bridge Development Partners and Colliers International held a selfie contest to drive brokers to its property in Schiller Park.

Bridge and Colliers offered $50 to any broker who went to its property at 9655 and 9665 Soreng Ave and took a selfie there, with one lucky broker winning $500 for the best selfie.

Bridge received 26 submissions. The winning broker: Darwin Realty VP Jeff Provenza (shown) who did his best Tom Cruise Top Gun impersonation and snapped himself on his motorcycle. Core and shell completion is expected in Q3 2017.
