Brennan Embraces Crowdfunding

Brennan Investment Group, led by managing principal Mike Brennan (pictured, co-founder of First Industrial), just harnessed crowdfunding to complete its $8.7M investment in 260k SF, four-building Jackson Industrial Park in Indianapolis. The crowd of accredited investors, which contributed more than $1M, came from LA-based Realty Mogul’s online platform. With such frothy capital markets, it’s a great time to be a value-add buyer, Mike told us recently at Bisnow’s capital stack event. At 77% occupied Jackson, Brennan will boost leasing, rents, and property management before putting the building back on the block.
